- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 cups of cold water
- Garnish Whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
- 3/4 - 1 cup Blue Tokai hot coffee
- 1/4 cup milk
