1. Classic Whiskey Ginger
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Ounces Irish Whiskey
- 1/2 sm. lime, juiced
- 1/2 bottle Coolberg Ginger Non Alcoholic Beer

1 Lime Garnish
Directions
- Pour the whiskey into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Add the Ginger Beer and Lemon Juice
- Garnish with Lime.
2. Ginger Beer Margaritas
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Ounces Tequila
- 1/2 sm. lime, juiced
- 1/2 bottle Gunsberg Ginger Beer
- Salt
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup

1 Huki Lime Garnish
Directions
- Line a small serving glass with fresh lime juice and dip in salt and fill the glass with ice.
- Add tequila, lime juice, ginger beer, simple syrup, and ice to a large glass or cocktail shaker and stir vigorously. Don’t shake with a lid on or it will erupt from the ginger beer carbonation
- Garnish with a lime.

Ingredients
- Fresh Watermelon
- 2 shots watermelon juice
- 1 shot vodka
- 1/2 sm. lime, juiced
- 1/2 bottle 3 Sisters Non Alcoholic Ginger Beer
Directions
- Combine watermelon juice, vodka and lime juice in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well, Strain into tall glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer.
- *or try just muddling a few chunks of watermelon in bottom of glass if you prefer not to make watermelon juice.
